How Pokemon Is Interesting
I've been wanting to post this, but kept forgetting.Ever wondered why in all Japanese broadcast animations there is this "Remember to brighten the room and sit a distance from the TV" message overlaid at the beginning?
Due to a combination of Pokemon and epilepsy called the Pokemon Shock incident:

It was also this episode that started the whole Pokemon craze in places outside of Japan (since it was picked up by international news agencies and that introduced Pokemon to the world).
